Planning a wedding?  Need a space to hold a business or staff meeting?  Organizing a colleague's retirement party? The Event Planning Office (EPO) can help!  Our consultants will work with you to determine the space, seating, technology and equipment needs for your event.  If you're organizing a catered event, we will coordinate with the talented LSC Catering staff to make your event a success.

HIGHLIGHTS

Event Planning has guidelines concerning the preference for space reservations for various classifications of groups, organizations, entities, etc. These guidelines were developed in coordination with the University to promote fairness and equity across a very diverse population who utilizes the LSC throughout the year.
